- ensure compliance with ff indicators (+qdipa).
- daily management (gemba)
- compliance to the blackboard and std work is up to date.
- management of personnel and assigned resources.

- ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned area.
- payroll monitoring and approval.

- manage the work team to ensure hour-by-hour board goals are met.

- measure and improve the learning times of the personnel in charge (rampeo).
