as a tax specialist, you will be responsible for:
* responsible to execute routine daily deliverables related to tax compliance obligations and tax accounting
* handles all wing-to-wing tax reporting and tax accounting processes including forecasting, tax provision, compliance and settlement.
* execute routine daily deliverables related to vat compliance obligations and vat accounting
* apply comprehensive accounting knowledge to effectively analyze vat.
* apply comprehensive accounting knowledge to effectively analyze tax reports and to determine and communicate the impact of applicable taxes (domestic, foreign, deferred).
* collaborate with finance and business operations personnel to resolve any problems.

to be successful in this role you will:
* have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma.
* have 4 years of experience in finance.
* have knowledge of tax compliance issues, including all regulatory compliance environment.
* have worked with direct and indirect taxes.
* show fluent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish.
