you will drive strong labor relations practices through actions such as:managing and conducting internal investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.supporting and participating in union negotiation processes.building and maintaining strong professional relationships with operations leaders, employees, and senior management.contributing to internal committees by providing recommendations aligned with current labor regulations.delivering training to operational teams on labor regulations and best practices.managing and responding to official labor inspections.reviewing and administering internal labor contracts.what are we looking for?
background in business administration, human resources, psychology, or related fields.solid knowledge of federal labor law (lft).
