* provide day-to-day support for corporate matters and operations, ensuring accurate records and databases are maintained.
* assist in preparing and reviewing commercial agreements in both english and spanish.
* prepare, coordinate, and monitor powers of attorney required for entity operation, including granting and revoking powers of attorney.
* coordinate with notaries to ensure all necessary documents are processed.
*requirements*
to be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
* a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent in law.
* one to two years of experience in general law practice in mexico, specifically in corporate governance and contracts.
* fluency in english.
* preferred: experience working in a corporate environment.
