role: the organizational development analyst supports the execution and coordination of organizational development and leadership development initiatives aligned with defined strategic direction. This role focuses on providing operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure effective implementation of talent, culture, and organizational initiatives. The analyst contributes to translating strategy into execution through project coordination, data analysis, and structured follow-up of development processes.
essential duties (other duties may be assigned)
* support planning, coordination, and execution of organizational development and leadership development initiatives.
* manage project timelines, trackers, and follow-up to ensure timely and structured execution of deliverables.
* provide operational support for talent management and performance processes, including tracking and follow-up.
* assist in monitoring progress of development plans, talent reviews, and performance cycles.
* support preparation and coordination of workshops, team sessions, and leadership development experiences.
* prepare high-quality presentations, materials, and communications for internal initiatives and leadership meetings.
* collect, organize, and analyze data related to talent, performance, and engagement.
* develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that integrate data with clear insights and structure.
* assist in implementation of culture and engagement initiatives and change management efforts.
* coordinate with external vendors and support logistical and administrative processes when required.
* ensure proper documentation, organization, and follow-up of organizational development activities.
education required
- bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or related field.
experience required
* at least two (2) years of experience in organizational development, talent management or related areas.
* at least three (3) years of experience in coordination, administration, or project support roles.
* exposure to assessments and organizational development methodologies.
* experience working in multicultural or global organizations.
language required & competences
* bilingual fluency in english and spanish.
* experience developing reports, dashboards, or analytical presentations.
* familiarity with microsoft tools such as excel (intermediate/advanced), powerpoint, planner, forms, and loop.
