This role is ideal for professionals who value accuracy, efficiency, and delivering premium travel experiences.key responsibilities1.- manage and book corporate travel services including air, hotel, car rental, and related services using sabre gds.2.- accurately issue airline tickets, vouchers, and all required travel documentation.3.- process itinerary changes, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and penalties in compliance with corporate travel policies.4.- communicate clearly and professionally with travelers and suppliers in english and spanish regarding itineraries, changes, and travel requirements.5.- advise travelers on corporate travel policies, restrictions, and best options for fare and routing optimization.6.- monitor and resolve travel disruptions and emergencies, ensuring traveler safety, satisfaction, and continuity.7.- maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and system security at all times.preferred qualificationsexperience in corporate travel management (tmc).education in tourism or travel management.experience serving international clients.required profileproven experience as a corporate travel consultant7 to 10 years of hands-on experience with the sabre gdsfluency in english (spoken and written): requiredstrong attention to detail and adherence to processescustomer-focused mindset and service orientation
