System validation engineer job description
candidate will be responsible for system-level validation of intel's next generation high-performance cpus and interconnected interfaces, covering the identification and implementation of worst-case stress validation scenarios for cpu power delivery rails.
* the candidate will work with designers, architects, manufacturing and pre-silicon teams to develop validation strategies, plans and methodologies.
* develop enable test content to meet power rails stress validation requirements, as well as automation software and platform level tools for debug.
* execute validation plans, perform silicon and platform debug to root cause issues, and enable robust design fixes.
* utilize lab equipment for platform characterization and data acquisition.
* report test results, including product risk/health assessment from a power and performance standpoint.
