Objective Responsible for day-to-day IT support operations including device management, vendor coordination (inc. helpdesk), printer services, and server infrastructure maintenance. This role acts as the first point of contact for internal IT support and ensures that IT assets and services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with organizational standard.
Responsibilities IT helpdesk: Oversee IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of support tickets (hardware, software, access, etc.). Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues. Track and report ticket metrics, trends, and user satisfaction.
IT Asset Management: Manage the issuance, replacement, and return of laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, printers and mobile devices. Maintain up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets. Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding processes related to IT assets. Engage and manage vendors for procurement, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), repairs, and IT service support. Ensure timely delivery, quality service, and cost efficiency from external partners.
Server & Infrastructure support : Assist in basic server administration tasks (access control, backup checks). Perform routine maintenance and updates in coordination with central IT/infra teams. Support network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting under guidance.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation of IT support processes, asset issuance logs, and vendor contacts. Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed in all support and procurement activities.
Profile and Qualifications Previous experience: 3-5 years in similar positions
Languages: Advanced English.
