As an administrative coordinator you will help to have in order everything that is needed to accomplish our architectural projects as the store remodeling. This position is located in mexico city, in polanco and you will report directly to the jr. Manager of administrative projects.

*key responsibilities*
- you will provide follow-up and administrative control of an average of 25 store remodeling projects.
- you will keep track of the budget of each project from start to finish.
- you will control how purchases are used for the projects.
- you will generate internal purchase requisitions.
- you will be in contact with different internals areas to accomplish the goals.
- this is a temporary position for an average of 1 year where we are looking for you to complete as many projects as possible.

*qualifications*
- previous experience of at least 2 years following up on projects and their budget
- education in business administration, accounting or similar
- experience in oracle
- qualifications as organization, administration and communication are important.
