what we are looking for
* 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects, especially in web development and banking products.
* advanced or bilingual english (ability to communicate effectively in an international environment).
* experience with agile / hybrid frameworks, managing cross-functional teams (technology, operations, risk, compliance, product).
* experience in banking and payments, including regulatory risk management and approval processes (npa).
* results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* availability for indefinite relocation to the united states (tn visa support will be provided).
key responsibilities
* lead projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and quality.
* develop and track project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (technology, operations, risk, compliance, and product).
* monitor initiative progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and blockers.
* ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; establish project governance through forums and escalation mechanisms.
* produce executive reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility for decision-making.
* coordinate go-live activities, change management, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
