*job purpose*
supports customers by providing product and service information; acts as a liaison between customers and companies, assists with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations and other queries;
*duties and responsibilities*
- ability to enter information in system and maintain focus for extended periods of time. Microsoft team chat/video with the sales team.
- review and scan incoming orders, verify accuracy and extract relevant data to process the order documents into electronic system.
- update customer records based on interactions. Complete required tasks within the desired deadlines.
- ability to professionally answer incoming telephones calls and effectively communicate information about products, prices, and product availability with both internal and external customers.
- identifying problems within workflow and working with in line manager to resolve other duties as assigned.
*qualifications*
- high school diploma or ged computer knowledge, microsoft outlook, word, excel, crm and powerpoint.
- ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
- make inbound and outbound calls for data accuracy and or missing information
- minimum 3 years of alpha numeric data entry experience
*salary*: from $10,000.00 per month
