the internal control analyst role is a key position within the financial services team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers and business partners.
this role involves assisting in year-round audit engagements to identify and manage risks to the business.
the analyst will work both collaboratively and independently to conduct audits across various areas of the company, including operations, finance, regulatory compliance, and technology
- understanding of group policies; make these the guidelines for how this role is performed.
- prepares clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting root
- cause, work performed, investigation summaries, and recommendations.
- be enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of safran products and services.
- executes aspects of the internal audit process, which includes the three phases of planning, execution, and reporting to business management.
- assists with evaluating records, documents, methods, policies, costs, and other factors to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practices
- additional duties and responsibilities as requires and/or assigned
the main objectives are to thoroughly understand and effectively implement the methodology of the internal control group.
additionally, we aim to grasp the complexities of the internal control campaign and actively participate in scheduling, assisting with, and resolving outstanding action plans in collaboration with current business process owners or site representatives
experiência y requisitos
*education*:
- bachelor's degree in accounting
- does require fluent communication in english language.
*experience*:
2-3 years of experience in job projects or accounting
*computer skills*:
- basic knowledge microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)
- familiar with windows operating system
*other skills*:
- strong oral and written communications skills
- demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
- problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
- must be able to think independently, have strong problem-solving skills, and contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.
