responsibilities

the opportunity

as part of the supply chain operations team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing key initiatives within the supply chain transformation (sct)—primarily for mexico's operating unit—along with the digital value chain (dvc) program, which has a regional scope. Your mission will be to ensure these strategic projects are completed on time and within budget.

additionally, you will be in charge of allocating resources, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders. You will assess and mitigate risks, lead cross-functional teams, and adapt to changes throughout the project, driving the team forward with confidence.

your impact

as a sc ops manager, your role will include:

defining project scope, planning, and execution—ensuring delivery within established timelines.
budget planning and management, keeping financial alignment.
mapping stakeholders and cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, alignment, and decision-making at the necessary cadence.
leading the team and managing resources efficiently.
ensuring effective communication with internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
identifying and escalating risks and challenges while leading the creation of mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
balancing multiple priorities, ensuring seamless execution across projects.
analyzing and solving complex situations proactively, preventing potential issues before they arise.
adapting to project changes effectively, ensuring timely communication and alignment with stakeholders and teams.
conducting evaluations to identify improvement areas, analyzing team performance, process efficiency, and capturing lessons learned for future projects.

qualifications

who we're looking for (basic requierments)

education: degree in engineering or related field.

experience:

5+ years in the food ans/or fmcg industry.
5+ years in project management, covering both traditional and digital approaches.

experience working with waterfall and agile methodologies.
strong planning and coordination skills.
advanced english proficiency

budget management

ability to travel as needed for project execution and stakeholder engagement.

pmp certification (preferred).

leadership & skills:

effective stakeholder management.
strong communication skills.
adaptability & flexibility in dynamic environments.
risk & issue management expertise.
critical thinking to solve challenges efficiently.
ability to navigate ambiguity while guiding and supporting the team.
