Job role: business service representative
we are seeking an organized and skilled individual to support our accounting team in a billing analyst role. In this position, you will report to our billings manager and contribute to the billings and collections function along with a team of other analysts.

* perform daily audits of customer billing data
* process daily billing inquiries through the use of mission control and zendesk
* contribute to monthly collections activities
* drive various billing related projects to completion
required skills and qualifications:
* ability to work in-office
* ability to work m-f 9 to 6 cst
* good working knowledge of overall microsoft business suite (excel) and google business suite (sheets)
* exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a high sense of urgency
* strong work ethic with the flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as necessary

* salary $16,500 - $20,000 mxn gross monthly (dependent on experience)
