Lead growth in latin america

we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive expansion across latin america.

this role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in saas and/or cybersecurity, who thrives in fast-paced environments.

the successful candidate will manage and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while developing innovative strategies to expand our presence in the region.

key responsibilities:

* lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals across latam, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
* define and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on hunting new opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
* identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across the latam region, positioning us as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
* bsuit key decision-makers (cisos, cios, it directors, and executives).
* stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving cybersecurity needs to proactively adjust strategies and capture opportunities.
* partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, improve offerings, and maximize sales effectiveness.
* ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making using crm tools.
* contribute to building scalable sales processes that fit the dynamics of a startup and enable sustainable growth.

requirements:

* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, it, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth in saas and/or cybersecurity.
* proven experience managing high-performing sales teams across multiple countries in latam.
* demonstrated success in designing and executing innovative hunting strategies to drive new business.
* strong knowledge of saas and cybersecurity technologies, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
* bilingual: fluent in spanish and english (verbal and written). Portuguese is a plus.
* expertise with crm systems.
* ability to operate effectively in a startup/scale-up environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
* availability to travel across the region as needed.
