we are seeking an accomplished sales leader to oversee the daily operations of our luxury showroom. As a senior sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing staff performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
responsibilities:
* financial performance:
o meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
o contribute to annual budget planning and monitoring.
o oversee payroll and expenses to ensure operational efficiency.
* staff management:
o determine staffing levels based on business needs and optimize team productivity.
o develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o mentor and coach sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
o conduct regular performance evaluations to drive growth and improvement.
* showroom operations:
o ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
o oversee merchandising displays to create an engaging customer experience.
o analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
* customer service:
o work closely with support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* marketing:
o collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events.
requirements:
* prior experience in retail or a related field.
* a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
* a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
* a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
