Responsibilities
* proposes, negotiates and coordinates activations/activities aligned with the marketing & sales team.
* coordinates resources to ensure correct field execution, with the aim of increasing takeaway and prominence of our brands aligned to the trade mkt plan.
* ensures the successful execution of trade marketing plans, including loyalty programs, visibility initiatives, posm, brand activations, events and sales force contests to increase product takeaway.
* manages and controls the trade marketing budget using internal systems, ensuring alignment with the annual company strategy.
* assists in planning the trade marketing calendar and negotiates with suppliers to secure the best materials and costs.
* conducts training for the sales force on product launches, tasting protocols, and other shopper marketing activities.
* performs regular market visits to monitor marketing activities and manages the inventory of promotional materials.
qualifications
* minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or a similar sales-focused role.
* demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* proven experience in budget planning and administration.
* strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and deploy multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* advanced proficiency in microsoft office (specifically excel and powerpoint) for data and information analysis.
* excellent oral and written communication skills in both english and spanish.
