- technical support to other areas and/or processes.
- meet department goals (dt, mttr, mtbf)- intervene in the resolution of breakdowns that occur in existing production lines at gestamp, (corrective maintenance).
- perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance.
- it will contribute its experience and knowledge in repetitive breakdowns and/or improvements in the lines.
- will participate together with production in the start-up of the new manufacturing series.
- make daily logs of the most relevant aspects during the shift.
- support the training of operators.
- support the training of new staff, explaining the operation, maintenance, and main failures of the equipment.
- work with the development of the continuous improvement program for the optimization of processes.
- report any anomaly found under the maintenance and interventions carried out.
