*responsibilities*:
- attend planning meetings for production lines.
- manage and maintain good inventory levels.
- control and distribute reports according to internal requirements.
- coordinate work between production, purchasing, systems, and shipping.
- update daily reports on shorts and production plans in the involved areas.
- ensure proper use of materials and maintain kanban at established requirements.
- monitor and ensure adherence to the production plan.
- follow up on planning metrics.
*special knowledge*:
- lean manufacturing.
- microsoft office computer packages.
*experience*:
- minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within organizations focused on electronic equipment.
*competencies and abilities*:
- proficient in english (technical and conversational) with a fluency level of 80% or higher.
- strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- capacity for learning and adapting.
- effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- flexible, dynamic, and capable of handling various challenges.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*education*:
- bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
