job description
* collect and validate data for underwriting purposes across multiple lines of insurance, manage certificates of insurance, and handle policy renewals (usa & mexico).
* support audits from insurance carriers.
* manage claims and support litigation processes.
* coordinate annual incentive activities, including analysis and rebate submissions.
* assist in liquidity planning by collecting relevant information from various groups.
* manage and distribute insurance premiums to locations, process risk-related billings, invoices, and debit/credit notes.
* perform other ad-hoc analyses as required.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
* advanced english proficiency.
* at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
* experience with insurance is desirable.
* proficiency in excel (advanced level).
* knowledge of sap is desirable.
