What you will do:
· act as a liaison between business stakeholders and it teams to gather and define requirements for oracle cpq (configure, price, quote) solutions.
· analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
· facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· support the implementation of cpq solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.
· conduct user acceptance testing (uat) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
· provide training and support to end-users on cpq tools and processes.
· continuously monitor and analyze cpq system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
how you will do it:
· collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment on cpq objectives.
· utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes.

· ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cpq implementation.
what we look for:
· bachelor’s degree in business, it, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on oracle cpq systems and processes.
· strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models.
· proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in sql and excel preferred.
· excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges.
· experience with cpq tools and erp systems is highly desirable.
