What you will do:
- act as a liaison between business stakeholders and it teams to gather and define requirements for oracle cpq (configure, price, quote) solutions.
- analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
- facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- support the implementation of cpq solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.
- conduct user acceptance testing (uat) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- provide training and support to end-users on cpq tools and processes.
- continuously monitor and analyze cpq system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
How you will do it:
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure alignment on cpq objectives.
- utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes.
- document business processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
- assist in the development of project plans and timelines for cpq initiatives.
- ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cpq implementation.
What we look for:
- bachelor’s degree in business, it, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on oracle cpq systems and processes.
- strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models.
- proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in sql and excel preferred.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges.
- experience with cpq tools and erp systems is highly desirable.
