Human resource coordinatorgeneral summary the humanresource coordinator will be responsible for performing a wide rangeof day- to day human resource functions including but not limited to recruitment, new-hire processing, terminations, workers' compensation audits and government compliance filings, leaves of absence and safety as well as answering general employee questions. Principal duties and responsibilities duties for the human resourcecoordinator will includebut not be limited to the following: recruiting at regional level posts job openingsinternally and throughexternal resources as needed assist with the use of recruiting agencies responsible for new hires and onboarding process. Complete and communicate background check resultsto hiring managers prepares new hire packets for the variouscompany facilities maintain files for all employees will be responsible for compiling reportsfor the hr director create, edit and maintain job descriptions will be responsible for the termination process: send termination informedto internal employeesas needed gathers all applicable documents for termination process reviews and respondsto e.d.d. (employment development department) for the purpose of unemployment filing compliance assist with processing leave of absencerequests (fmla, pda) including: coordinate employee's returnto work date review and respondto e.d.d. regarding disability claims. Assist with workerscompensation as needed. Processes various employeechanges and verification of status assist with the yearly performance appraisals employee benefit enrollment and application management review and processtimecards in the time and attendance system enrollment of new employees in the time and attendance system issuing of employeeid badges and managing updatesto the employee badge system assists employees and supervisors in completing variousleave of absence requests and providesinstruction on properusage of various systems. Provide general assistance to employees with various inquiries such as benefits, accessing our hris applications, paystubs, etc. Provide general administrative support to hr director by coordinating our postings for career opportunities, updating job descriptions, and sorting applications and other duties as needed payroll processing for different countries across the region. Job requirements eligible candidates for the human resource coordinator will meet the following requirements: must have 3 years, minimum,of previous human resources coordinator experience must be advancedin microsoft office programs especially excel must have outstanding communication, verbal and written must have understanding in full recruiting cycle processes advance english is required must be discrete when working with confidential and sensitive information must be detailed oriented and able to meet deadlines while working in a fast paced, high stress environment must possess excellent organizational skills must have a college degree must be able to work with the utmost integrity and professionalism at all times
