As a senior hospitality leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our resort team and driving overall business performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and quality standards.
* oversee ongoing revenue growth, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through effective leadership and strategic planning.
* lead key property initiatives including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment programs.
* making informed decisions that align with business goals and objectives.
* develop and implement actionable business plans and set clear performance expectations.
* provide visionary leadership to resort team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* drive business planning efforts and ensure compliance with established service standards.
* monitor costs and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
* manage and develop the resort executive team for career progression and succession planning.
* hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the hod team to drive results-oriented decision making.
* respond to audits and ensure continuous improvement.
* proven experience as a general manager in a similar quality resort environment.
* relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management or equivalent.
* experience in high-volume operations and all-inclusive resorts.
* strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
* expertise in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
* excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* in-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector and industry trends.
