we are seeking a skilled project manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing industrial building projects, specifically in the automotive sector.
the successful candidate will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
key responsibilities:
* oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
* establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
* monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site staff to ensure projects are completed as planned.
* authorize/approve all purchase requisitions and change requests.
* maintain official project documentation files.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction activities, including design, finance, and management.
* in-depth knowledge of corporate practices, processes, and industry standards, and their impact on project activities is essential.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
