We are seeking an SAP HR expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified in Success Factors Employee Central with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
- A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations experience in Success Factors Employee Central is essential.
- Knowledge of integration/replication between Success Factors and SAP HR (ECC) is necessary.
- An excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and separation.
- Ability to transform business requirements into system configuration and create solution designs in compliance with best practices.
- Experience in preparing and executing test cases/test plans/test scripts to ensure seamless implementation.
- Familiarity with notification processes and ability to implement them effectively.
