Work Modality:
Home Office -Mexico Home-Based. However, if the candidate is based in a city with a client site, occasional hybrid attendance may be required.
The Endpoint Management Specialist (Intune/Jamf) will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of devices, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. This role requires extensive experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, as well as strong client-facing and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will develop and implement MDM policies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and configure MDM solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf, to support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Develop and implement MDM policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues.
- Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored MDM solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on MDM best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in MDM technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
- Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
- Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.

Must Have Skills
- Qualifications:
- Bilingual. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Intune, Jamf and/or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of modern management devices.
- Experience in scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
- MECM (SCCM): Knowledge of MECM (SCCM)
- Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
