Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support core operational workflows across client onboarding, billing coordination, contract administration, and internal systems support.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth client experiences, accurate operational processes, and strong internal organization. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams while maintaining professional communication with clients. This is a client-facing role requiring strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
* Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking
* Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management
* Maintain and update CRM systems and internal operational tools
* Monitor workflows and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
* Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
* Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
* Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
* Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
* Experience with CRM and operational tools preferred
* Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Zapier, Make, n8n)
