* support simplifying process and technology designs by proposing and executing solutions to complex it problems using agile approaches.
* execute service workflows and monitor operational metrics.
* ensure new platform capabilities are properly integrated into steady operation.

* act as an sme, service lead, and advisor for agile delivery.

essential:
* degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a service owner/manager.
* 5+ years of experience in it service management or technical operations.
* experience as a technical leader in enterprise environments.
* experience working with outsourced and remote teams.
* experience managing third-party outsourcing and itsm service levels.
* ability to manage requests and issues independently, knowing when to escalate.
* knowledge of iaas/paas, especially aws.
* certifications such as itil or aws are strongly preferred.
* ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment with high-quality deliverables.
