About the role:
we are seeking an ambitious, results-driven inside sales agent with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and sales conversion for a part-time remote role.
The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, qualifying leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline. Experience in service-based industries (janitorial, cleaning, or home services) is a strong plus.
Key responsibilities
conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
generate leads and set qualified appointments
build and maintain relationships with potential customers
track activities and follow-ups using crm systems
support the sales pipeline and contribute to business growth
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
experience with outbound calling / cold outreach
strong communication and persuasion skills
ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
