Degree in engineering; *mechanical, electronic, automation *or related field with additional professional qualifications in project management.- knowledge on lean manufacturing tools and/or six sigma green belt or black belt.- experience in the automotive industry, metalworking processes, stamping presses, rolling, welding- bilingual english - spanish- minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- minimum 5+ years of experience at manager level, supervision and management of engineers, and maintenance technicians.- experience in plant transfers and acquisition and installation of new equipment and new technologies.- experience handling capital projects and machinery investment.- experience working with suppliers from equipment and facilities.- leadership capabilities required to provide engineering coaching and guidance to other departments and helps train new engineers.- excellent organizational and planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.*job types*: full-time, permanent*salary*: from $1.00 per month
