Role summary integreon is looking for a manager tosupport the global delivery lead for managed services in the ccsbusiness unit, organizing and overseeing the daily operations ofthe mexico team and leading growth as this office continues toexpand in it's infancy.
our ccs business unit is in the process ofa significant shift from traditional legal process outsourcing todelivering legal support solutions increasingly powered bygenerative ai (genai).
our manager will be a key role in helping tomanage this change.
background experience with legal genai tools isnot a prerequisite for the role (although it will be an advantage),but awareness of the impact of legaltech on our industry and adesire to help drive technology-driven innovation in our servicesare essential.
the role requires a broad range of capabilities,which in summary include: - a deep understanding of corporatecontracts management processes and typical workflows.

responsibilities andduties - support the ccs global managed services delivery lead,overseeing the management and operations for the mexico managedservices accounts.
- manage a team of ccs associates consisting oflegal professionals including junior lawyers and senior paralegals.institutionalize and work to improve the efficiency of businessprocedures within the mexico managed services accounts, in linewith business unit goals and objectives and with a particular focuson the use of technology applications and genai in that context.
-be responsible for effective resource management and help maintainthe profitability of the mexico delivery center evaluate overall buperformance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data andmetrics: including operational metrics like staff utilization,productivity, quality, and financial targets.
conduct ongoingreviews to monitor progress on staff performance objectives andkras.
- support senior leadership to ensure the commercial strengthof current and future engagements (e.g.
on staff deployment,pricing and forecasting).
- coaching and performance management tooptimize service delivery by team members.
- participate increating the business strategy, set and manage budgets, defineoperational goal that support the business strategy and targetsrequired skills/abilities - must be fluent in english and pass alanguage test prior to advancing to interviews.
- experience in theprovision of legal process outsourcing services preferred but notessential.
- proven experience as an operations manager orequivalent position and expertise in successfully managing andgrowing a team.
- experience in creating contract negotiationplaybooks and other tools to standardize and streamline thecontract review, drafting and negotiation process.
- stronglypreferred: experience with common contract management platformslike icertis, sirion, apttus, evisort, agiloft, conga, ariba, onitetc.
- good analytical ability, project management experience, andcommunication skills.
- strong interpersonal skills, the ability tointerface effectively with all business functions throughout theorganization.
- preferred: previous experience in a multinationalcorporate environment with staff working remotely at least part ofthe time.
- excellent organizational and leadership abilities,ability to grow a team.
education and experience - must have a lawdegree or gdl required.
lpc preferred - 5+ years of contractsdrafting, reviewing and negotiation experience in commercialagreements (preferably including contracts within the technologysector).
- minimum of 5 years people management experience handlinga team of more than 8-10 staff.
