The Role
We’re hiring a SuccessFactors expert with solid SAP Concur knowledge to optimize our cloud HR and Travel & Expense ecosystem. You’ll design scalable, fit‑to‑standard solutions, lead integrations with S/4HANA Public Cloud, and support integral rollouts across LATAM and beyond.
What you’ll do
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors (focus areas may include Employee Central, Recruiting/RCM, Onboarding, Learning/LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
- Serve as SME across selected SF modules; define processes, data models, permissions, and workflows.
- Provide expert support for SAP Concur (Travel & Expense): policy setup, configurations, audits, incident/problem management, and integrations.
- Ensure end‑to‑end integrity across SuccessFactors–Concur–S/4HANA (master data, org structures, cost centers, posting flows).
- Drive enhancements, releases/upgrades, regression testing, UAT, training, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Create functional specs for extensions, reports, and integrations.
- Align to SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate and fit‑to‑standard delivery; stay current on cloud innovations.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, Science or related.
- 5+ years implementing/supporting SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of HCM and T&E; processes and their ERP touchpoints.
- Proven integrations to S/4HANA Public Cloud via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/iFlows).
- Familiarity with SAP Activate ; excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global setting.
Nice to have
- SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and/or Concur.
- HR compliance & data privacy (e.g., GDPR ).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
