Understands target customer base including the Metso Outotec & competitors installed base and proactively works with customers to identify their short-term needs, focusing on existing products.
Builds and grows sales funnel through analyzing customer data (sales history, IB and equipment aging, visit reports), communication and focused campaigns to generate leads.
Works proactively with other functions upon securing purchase orders from the customer.
Follows up quotations and proposals to secure sales and transfer larger value cases to regional sales responsible. Closing cases early where no value can be delivered to the customer.
Completes required sales handover documentation and ensures won deal is properly set into progress in services delivery processes.
Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures.
Ensures product news communication to the customers as well as product and delivery feedback back to the organization.
Tasks related to Salesforce
Responsible for lead pre-sales qualification process in Salesforce for MECA, including MIN, DMO, CNS, SVS.
**Salesforce Key User for MECA region**: Account creation approval, duplicate account maintenance, training sessions in Spanish when required, basic explanation of Salesforce for new users, associated locations creation, support with accounts/contacts/opportunities maintenance when required, follow up of opportunities maintenance, follow up of customer engagement events.
Other tasks
**MECA CNS and SVS OR dashboard (monthly)**: tracking of orders received compared to plan per product hierarchy, business line, business area, SAM and customer.
**Customer loyalty tasks for aftermarket MECA**: Training sessions in Spanish when required, campaign related tasks and follow up.
Maintenance and follow up of dashboards in Salesforce for orders funnel (CNS and SVS)
Support with GAP analysis template update.
Support with CNS and SVS MA review template update.
Support with meetings and events organization when required.
