*key responsibilities marketing*
- develop and implement *marketing strategies and campaigns* to promote treatments, memberships, and special offers.
- manage the *brand identity*, ensuring consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications.
- plan and execute *seasonal promotions, community events, and collaborations* to build local awareness.
- coordinate the production of marketing assets (graphics, photography, video content) for campaigns and events.
- analyze performance metrics and prepare *monthly marketing reports* highlighting roi and growth opportunities.
- research competitor marketing efforts and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
*sales & business development*
- collaborate with front desk and provider teams to drive *membership and treatment package sales*.
- develop scripts, talking points, and promotional offers to enhance conversion rates from leads to bookings.
- track and analyze *sales performance*, revenue growth, and client retention.
- create *sales training materials* to support team alignment with marketing initiatives.
- build and manage *partnerships and referral programs* with local businesses, gyms, influencers, and wellness professionals.
- support the ceo in developing *strategic business growth plans*, including new service launches and expansion ideas.
*qualifications*
- minimum *5 years of proven experience* in marketing and sales management within the *medical spa, aesthetics, or beauty industry* (required).
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
- demonstrated success in increasing revenue, brand awareness, and lead conversion rates.
- deep understanding of spa and aesthetic treatments, patient experience, and market trends.
- excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities remotely.
