We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive e-commerce & digital marketing coordinator. This role is central to our digital growth, focusing heavily on the operational management of amazon seller central and shopify.
the ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical marketplace management and creative asset production. While this role does not include photography duties, you will be responsible for the visual post-production workflow—retouching, optimizing, and manipulating existing imagery to ensure all product listings and marketing materials meet our premium brand standards.
key responsibilities
1. Amazon seller central management (top priority)
* full account ownership: manage all day-to-day operations of amazon seller central.
* listing optimization: create and maintain high-performing listings; conduct keyword research and implement seo best practices to maximize visibility.
* account health: monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and ensure strict compliance with amazon policies.
* growth strategy: analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and support pricing, promotional, and inventory strategies.
2. Website & e-commerce management (shopify)
* operations: manage day-to-day functionality of company shopify websites.
* catalog management: maintain accurate product listings (skus, pricing, descriptions) and update digital b2b catalogues biweekly.
* ux optimization: troubleshoot technical issues and continuously enhance website navigation and conversion rates based on user behavior analytics.
3. Image retouching & visual asset management
* digital post-production: edit, retouch, and color-correct product images using adobe photoshop to meet e-commerce and marketing standards.
* asset optimization: process and optimize images for web performance, ensuring consistency in size, format, and quality across all digital platforms.
* visual coordination: work with existing product photography to create visually appealing compositions for website banners and digital catalogs.
4. Creative development & social media marketing
* graphic design: design high-quality marketing assets (campaigns, ads, and promotions) using adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign).
* social presence: manage and grow our instagram presence, executing content calendars and campaign strategies.
* paid media: plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and creatives for improved roi.
5. Analysis, reporting & project management
* data-driven insights: analyze website traffic and sales performance to provide actionable recommendations.
* project execution: manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* team support: provide administrative and coordination support to the vp of sales and the broader sales team.
required skills & qualifications
technical skills:
* expertise in amazon seller central (highly preferred / top priority).
* proficiency in shopify for e-commerce website management.
* advanced adobe photoshop: strong skills in retouching, masking, and image manipulation.
* creative suite: working knowledge of illustrator and indesign is a significant plus.
* microsoft excel: strong proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
