Purpose of the Job
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading client relationships and overseeing project execution across planning, production, and delivery. This role identifies new production opportunities and ensures operational excellence, profitability, and brand compliance.
Provide strategic leadership across Below The Line (BTL), display, branded merchandise, and print categories. drive Sales and Operation Planning (SOP) improvements. Oversee staffing decisions including hiring, mentoring, and performance management across locations. Support client sales initiatives and implement strategies to drive incremental margin. Ensure superior customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.
5–7 years managing agencies, marketing procurement, or client-side environments. ~ Proven leadership in strategic project management and high-performance teams. ~ Background in agency, marketing, or procurement with hands-on production knowledge. ~ Fluent in English.
