schedule: monday - friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm et or 9:00am - 6:00pm et with a 1-hour lunch each day.

responsibilities:
• manage and act as key advisor on google analytics, powerbi, and other reporting tools to analyze and identify opportunities for improvements.
• perform end-to-end analyses that identify key drivers of emerging trends to drive digital marketing efficiencies and optimizations and deliver actionable next step recommendations to partners.
• perform complex, comprehensive analyses and provide expert advice on various topics, while providing timely and accurate information to key stakeholders to fuel data-driven decisions
• provide guidance and recommendations for success measures, kpi strategy, and product health measures across multiple product teams.
• guide stakeholders in crafting a measurement strategy for their area and support their analytics needs to enable data driven decision making.
• engage stakeholders through storytelling that connects the data collected to the stakeholder objectives, told in a concise organized fashion.

qualifications, skills and key competencies:
• bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required (equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree)
must have qualifications:
* 3+ years of google ads experience
* managed ad spends in the thousands ($1,500/month+)
* google ads certifications: paid search, display, video & performance max
qualifications which will set you apart:
* 2+ years of meta advertising experience
* 2+ years of google tag manager experience
* 2+ years of microsoft ads experience
* 2+ years of google analytics experience
* experience using data visualization tools such as: powerbi, tableau, google data studio (looker studio) & tapclicks
* experience in a deadline-driven environment
* strong analytical thinker, driven problem solver, and a curiosity to understand the why as well as the what.
* excellent english level both written and spoken
