have highly specialized personnel for the development and optimization of assigned chemical processes in order to improve yield, quality, and costs, actively participating during laboratory‑scale process implementation and subsequently in the transfer of processes to pilot plants or production sites (scale‑up). The role ensures the competitiveness of production processes through the evaluation and application of new and cutting‑edge chemical technologies and processes, as well as the management of laboratory technical personnel, including their training and development. The position holder manages human resources throughout all stages of the process transfer to pilot plants or production plants (scale‑up). This role provides extensive experience in industrial chemical api (therapeutic) production processes and consulting, proposing rapid solutions for process troubleshooting. The position analyzes and evaluates chemical literature and patents to maintain competitiveness, documents know‑how and protects intellectual property through the drafting of patents and research reports. It manages interdisciplinary project teams and ensures compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
Your main tasks & responsibilities

Specialized technical support and chemical consulting, with rapid resolution of process issues.

Documentation of know‑how and protection of intellectual property through drafting patents and technical reports; management and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams.
Supervision, training, and development of laboratory technicians; execution of administrative tasks related to personnel management. Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements (quality, safety, and applicable regulations).
