the chief of staff team supports chief risk officers and chief compliance officers across an array of activities including managing day to day business management requirements.

key focus areas

• people strategy and performance management
• organizational design, discreet and non-transformation/strategic projects
• facilitate strategic decisions and mediate across senior stakeholders within global business (gb), global functions (gf) and digital business services (dbs), mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• interface with group risk & compliance on a variety of issues and workstreams

main responsibilities

• financial cost control and planning
• risks and control oversight
• oversee and manage internal governance and program frameworks
• develop/manage the function's performance scorecards
• support/implement the continuing development or evolution of the function's operating model and organizational design

requirements

• highly motivated and organized self-starter with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
• proven written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• strong governance and other business management capabilities
• able to present compelling arguments and insight to management to support business decisionsvery good analytical and presentation skills
