key responsibilities:
* oversee all aspects of the production process to meet or exceed production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
* proactively identify areas for improvement in production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
* collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, materials, quality) to implement sustainable solutions.
* build, manage, and develop a high-performing production team.
* lead thorough root cause and corrective action (rcca) processes for team-related defects and rejects.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 8-10+ years of experience in production operations management.
