we are looking for bilingual english-spanish interpreters to facilitate seamless communication in various settings.
no prior interpreting experience is required, but full-time availability and flexibility to work any shift are a must.
work 100% remotely be part of our team and help ensure smooth communication for spanish-speaking individuals across different situations.
as an interpreter, you will provide video remote interpreting (vri) services laptop or desktop with windows 11 or newer, apple or linux os (intel i5 8th gen or equivalent, 8gb ram).
usb headset with microphone (black, with a headband) for clear audio communication stable internet connection via ethernet cable .
wi-fi is not allowed webcam with a minimum resolution of * pixels (for video interpretation sessions).
responsibilities: accurately interpret customer service information between english and spanish.
assist doctors and healthcare providers with patients who do not speak english.
maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
provide high-quality service and positive interactions with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
