*what the role is*
the cluster experience manager holds an instrumental role to selina's success as owner of the selina destination strategy in the clusters.
in order to be the place to be, selina creates one-of-a-kind concepts for locations, programs unique experiences and communicates through handpicked influencers and partners for word-of-mouth.
the cluster experience manager will manage quality control and constant improvements for each location's experience, communication and ultimately revenue.
the experience manager understands and translates local trends, needs and unique local elements.
responsible for concept, programming and all communication channels to connect the audiences and deliver the desired experience.
the cluster experience manager is the brand purveyor and the voice of the guest.
*what you will be doing?
*
*50% online*:strategising, aligning, coordinating, programming, designing, communicating & measuring
*50% offline*:engaging, listening, connecting, sharing, upselling, hosting, guiding & informing
*programming*
- own cluster-level programming and support all locations with unit-level programming & communications
- _ guide_ cluster level content, partnerships, events p&l
- keep track of programming in all locations and programming results
- report on programming effectiveness and satisfaction to assess and adjust the programming strategy in the cluster
- identify opportunities for partnerships that can generate programming for all locations in the cluster
*communication*
- responsible for the right implementation of the physical & digital guidelines in all locations of the cluster
- responsible for the activation of the influencer strategy (xb, connector standups, influencers, residency, friends, ambassadors) in all locations of the cluster
- plan and execute the communication strategies following brand standards
- measure communication effectiveness to assess and adjust the communication strategy for the country

- dei: understand, train and respond to all metrics of bei and their stakeholders
- connectors: blueprint activation and ongoing initiatives, measurement and action plans.
- guests: own guest experience, talk to every new guest, upgrade and upsell, guarantee 100% guest satisfaction
- visitors: drive visitors and local community, impact & sgb

- activate and communicate concept through art lead
- nail the basics (review that all design standards and product book are in place)
- own the right mood (music, lighting, etc)

- onboard, train, guide and update all locations' team
- represent and implement the latest brand standards in the cluster
- align, understand and maintain strong relationship with head of country & operations
*what you need for the role*
- experience in managing teams or groups of people within large organizations (min.
4-5 years).
- background or exposure to pr, branding or marketing fields.
- experience within the field of hospitality or other lifestyle products.
- experience with multi-project management.
- experience with event production, retail, design, festivals is an advantage.
- time management, creativity & cultural sensitivity skills
- revenue and profit oriented
- able to work and collaborate in a matrix environment
- strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- confident speaker
- collaborate crossfuntionally with design, culture, tech, commercial and ops.
