the manufacturing process coordinator is responsible for maintaining, controlling, developing, and improving the steering gear manufacturing core processes in the plant.
* interface between the international production and technology network (ipn/itr) and the plant manufacturing engineering groups
* review and audit core processes regularly to ensure process and quality requirements are met
* lead process evaluation and decision-making regarding parameter changes, process adjustments, and pfmea reviews
* conduct training and build up know-how within maintenance and manufacturing engineering teams
* provide third-level support during interventions, 8ds, and problem-solving for core processes
* focus on tightening, joining, vision systems, dispensing (liquid seal + greasing)
qualifications
* education: engineering degree
* experience: 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry as a manufacturing, process, or quality engineer
* competencies: result-oriented, proactive, change management, teamwork, negotiation skills, leadership, and conflict management
