Overview
we’re looking for a human resources intern to support our hrbp team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative processes. The role will involve onboarding, documentation, and operational support in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
currently pursuing a degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in excel.
Basic knowledge of hr processes (desirable).
Strong sense of urgency, reliability, organization, self‑management, honesty, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
assist in onboarding (file creation, induction, and follow‑up).
Support the drafting and sending of offer letters, promotions, salary adjustments, and other communications.
Respond to basic employee queries (payslips, vacation, internal processes).
Administer general hr administrative duties.
Track hires, separations, and internal change requests.
Assist in talent management initiatives (evaluations, follow‑ups, logistics).
Help prepare visa documentation for associates.
Maintain orderly physical and digital documentation.
Benefits
