we are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and smart financial administrator to take care of all our financial accounting of our chain of gudis mini-supers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations (incl permits), financial reporting and payroll.
*key responsibilities*:
*financial record keeping and reporting*:
- maintain accurate financial records
- prepare and process invoices, payments.
- perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
- prepare and analyze weekly financial reports.
*payroll processing*:
- manage and oversee the payroll processing for all employees, including salary, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.
- ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on weekly basis.
- review and approve payroll data changes, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments.
you will be part of the small management team, giving direction to our chain of mini-supers and aiding in the expansion. You will report directly to the owner.
pay: $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
