danfoss mexico is looking for the new colleague to join our central vendor master team.
*the cvm ap manager* is responsible for overseeing the vendor master data process, ensuring the accuracy and security of financial and sensitive data.
this role ensures compliance with vendor creation and change policies, enhances process efficiency and maintains data integrity within vendor database.
additionally, the cvm ap manager coordinates teams in the assigned region and acts as an informal team lead for them
*responsibilities*:
*at this position you will*:
- hold end to end responsibility for vendor master data, including creation and maintenance of vendor records.
- ensure accuracy, integrity and security of vendor records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- develop and enforce internal controls to prevent unauthorized access, duplicate entries or fraudulent vendor records.
- coordinate team, providing guidance and support.
- enhance response time efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing delays and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- conduct regular training sessions for stakeholder in procurement and finance to improve understanding of vendor master processes and compliance requirements.
- implement regular activities for effective stakeholder support and clear communication.
*background & skills*:
- bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in master data, procurement or related.
- especially ms excel, sap ( especially mdg), servicenow.
- very good level of english language in speech and in writing.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- organisational skills

- excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
