responsibilities
as part of the procurement team, manage rfx and contracting activities for it categories (hardware, software, and services), ensuring alignment with business needs, cost efficiency, and compliance while partnering with stakeholders, legal, and suppliers.
* partner with global procurement category leads to support strategic sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
* manage end-to-end rfx processes for low to medium risk it hardware, software, and services projects, from stakeholder intake to award recommendation.
* use esourcing and e‑auction tools (e.g., ariba, archlet) and support automation, digitization, and reporting initiatives across procurement processes.
* lead sourcing activities including rfp definition, supplier communication, proposal analysis, and recommendation of best‑value solutions.
* negotiate and execute contracts in collaboration with legal, category leads, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and business requirements.
* deliver cost savings, contract coverage, and sourcing productivity targets through effective stakeholder alignment and project execution.
* support supplier development activities in collaboration with global procurement teams.
qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in procurement, including at least 1 year supporting it categories.
* hands‑on experience managing esourcing processes and rfx is required.
* experience using esourcing tools such as ariba or similar platforms.
* proven experience supporting supplier negotiations and contract discussions.
* advanced english (spoken and written)
* advanced excel for data analysis and bid evaluation.
* bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
