we are looking for career minded, team oriented, and self‐motivated insurance sales professionals who are looking to grow with a brand‐new agency backed by hammer socal insurance.

agency will provide warm transfer and internet leads. Insurance sales representative responsibilities
* cross‐sell existing customers
* comply with underwriting guidelines, required customer documents and office procedures
* handle service work as necessary
* make agency principal aware of any situation that should be monitored concerning any customer having suspicious or frequent claims
* improve sales of all lines, retention, cross‐sell ratio and customer satisfaction, and reduce loss ratio while doing service work
* write all brokered business for the agency that accommodates existing customers (see agency principal for more details)
insurance sales representative requirements
* p&c insurance license
* bi‐lingual a plus
* the ability to conduct needs based selling, including: prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals
* a track record of success in consultative, solutions‐oriented sales experience in the insurance industry.
* presenting proposals and closing deals
* the ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
* strong self‐motivation, goal‐orientation and a high‐energy, positive approach
* excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* the ability to multi‐task and handle pressure
* a goal‐oriented mindset
* a team‐player approach and a can‐do attitude

pay: from $10,* per week

its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business.
some examples are freeway, one source, bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as scram, first acceptance, assured health, among others.
we are an extension of this business located in tijuana.
this past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in mexico.

position: soft sales representative
we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as soft sales representatives.
in this role, you will manage calls and transfers, helping clients navigate the process efficiently.

key responsibilities
* inbound/outbound calls: 80% of your time will be handling inbound calls, while 20% will involve outbound calls.
* call transfers: your primary responsibility is to transfer client calls to the appropriate department.
* no selling is required.
* performance‐based pay: you are compensated for each successful transfer.
* weekly goals include 204 transfers, which can earn you a base of $7,000 weekly.
* top performers make up to $12,000 weekly in net commissions, with no limit on earning potential.
* full‐time commitment: availability: full‐time availability is required, but high‐performing agents may earn the opportunity to select their preferred working hours and days.
requirements
* proficiency in both english and spanish (b2 level)
* basic computer and typing skills (25 wpm)
* must have valid mexican documents
* call center or sales‐related experience
