 
        
        Job descriptionwhat you'll do:utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of at&t products or services to meet customers' needs.providing customer service & billing support and resolving any issue related to a customer's account.adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer's business grow.uncovering customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer's needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.finding a personalized solution that fits each customer, making recommendations (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotions, etc.), and using resources to ensure complete resolution.managing a range of products offered, including telephone services, hotspots, devices that connect with a network, directv, internet, programs, and other business systems.executing sales types such as upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan changes.what you'll bring:advanced english fluency to engage with u.s. customers.experience using a personal computer and microsoft office products is a must.1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills).
ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
the center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm cst, monday to saturday (considering daylight saving time & holidays).
