**What you will do? Job Scope & Purpose**:
The Sr Finance Analyst will ensure the availability of structured and standardized finance reporting data across the key Applied Centers in North America (Covering Parts and Quantech) at a recurring rate, working closely with the finance lead and finance business shared centers to leverage the data as a key input for accounting driven decisions. The work under the role is critical to ensure we have accuracy in our monthly financials both P&L; and Balance Sheet related.
**How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- Support Month end close activities (Journal entries, Accruals, Amortizations)
- Special focus on balance sheet cleans up and maintenance
- Work with RTR in our India Business Center to enhance payroll and warranty process
- Work with finance lead on correct uploads for outlooks and planning cycles
- Support ad hoc requests for business partners
- Own Equipment Profit Centers (EPC) accounting process
- Partner with pricing analyst to review freight costs and prepare monthly journal entries
- Liaison between RTR and HR team to ensure proper coding in accounting is maintained in payroll activities
- Participate as required on SAP migration from current ERP
- Attention to internal and external audit with Sox controls
- Intercompany transactions

**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance and or accounting
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Strong analytical problem-solving, operational implementation, coordination and influencing skills and ability to manage complex program
- Strong business acumen, resilient, agile learner, organized, detail oriented, and high business ethical standard
- Comfortable and able to perform in a matrixed environment, working with people outside the direct team
- Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Self-motivated; able to work alone or in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in written and oral English
- Highly organized and able to communicate clearly in both oral and written format
**Preferred Skills**
- Strong accounting experience performing deep dives on account analysis
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP policies adherence and support SOX control environment
- HFM / One Stream
- SAP / Oracle / Lawson
- Power BI
